Answers:
quesdillas is what they are called!. i make them for my kids all the time!. they are a great snack or even a meal!. this is how we make ours but there is several different ways you can do them!. just depends on your taste!. we layer the first tortilla with meat (any kind you want is fine) then the second layer is shredded cheese and we layer on the cheese!. place the second tortilla on top microwave until the cheese is hot and then cut into triangles!. now we do get a bit fancier with it and turn it up a few notches every now and then but u get the idea!. you can dip them in salsa, sour cream, guacamole, ranch dressing the list can go on!. instead of sticking them in the microwave you can also place them on a grill for a few seconds and flip them then grill the other side for a few seconds!. Quesadillas

STEP 1 Take a large flour tortilla (flour tortilla, NOT corn tortilla) and put mexican mix cheese and anything else you want in it (like chicken and mushrooms) and fold the half with nothing on it over the other side!. Now it should look like a semi circle with yummy stuff in it :)

NOW CHOOSE ANY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS AND CONTINUE TO STEP 2 BELOW

****Option A****

Place the 'semi circle' in a skillet with a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or butter) in it!. Flip over when the cheese begins to melt and it will be done once the cheese has melted to your liking and it is as golden / brown as you like :D

****Option B****

Place your 'semi circle' on a paper towel in the microwave!. Gently splash a few drops of water on the top of the tortilla so it will stay moist!. Place a paper towel over it and microwave 20 seconds or until cheese is melted to your desire!.

****Option C****

Place 'semi circle' on indoor grill / panini maker!. Press the top lid of the grill or panini maker down onto your 'sandwich!.' It will be done when it is golden or brown to your desire and the cheese has melted!.

STEP 2 Once you have chosen one of the options A , B , or C and completed your option, put your giant quesadilla thing (what you just cooked) on a hard plate so you can make the triangles! Take a knife or pizza cutter and cut from the midpoint of the straight edge of the semi circle out to the very top middle of the curved part of the semi circle!. Now you should have two big triangles!. Cut each triangle in half and there you go! Quesadillas!Www@FoodAQ@Com

They are called quesadillas!.

You heat a frying pan to medium heat with about 1/2 tsp peanut oil!.

Put a large tortilla in the pan and quickly sprinkle cheese on it (not too close to the edges) and assemble what else you'd like to put in it!.!.!.ex!. chicken, mushrooms!.!.!.maybe roasted peppers!?!?!?

Then, put another tortilla on top and in one fell swoop, quickly flip the entire concoction over in the pan when the bottom is golden brown, to finish browning the other side!.

Slide it out of the pan when browned onto a cutting board and cut similar to a pizza (into triangles)!.

Serve with guacamole, sour cream and salsa! Delicious! I love them!

Hope this helps!

quesadillas!?!? take 1 tortilla shell, top it with whatever you want (chicken, steak, cheese, onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc) then fold it over/stick it with a toothpick to stay in place and put it in a frying pan and get each side brown and the cheese inside melted!. Or you can use a tortilla on top and one on bottom and put it in the pan the same way!. I always fry up my ingredients before putting them in the tortilla so its cooked! Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sounds like a quesadilla!. Take a tortilla, put whatever you want on top of it, put some cheese on top of that, then put another tortilla on top!. Put it in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted!. You could also cook it in a dry cast iron pan or on a George Foreman grill!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
