3 pepper Ravioli
1 pound cheese ravioli
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 cups chicken broth, divided
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil!. Cook ravioli in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until done; drain!.
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat!. Saute onion and bell peppers until tender!. Add one cup of the broth, season with pepper flakes, and simmer 5 minutes!. Stir in remaining broth, and cook until most of broth has evaporated!. Spoon pepper mixture over ravioli!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 bag (2 cup) shredded cheddar cheese - divided
2 cans mexicorn
1 can rotel
1 can cream of musroom soup
1 large bag Mahatma yellow rice
Cook rice according to package directions!.!.!.let cool a bit!.
Mix in separate bowl 1 cup cheese, mexicorn, soup, and rotel!.
Add rice!.
Place in 13 x 9 baking dish and cover with remaining cheese!. Bake at 350 for about 20 mins until heated through and cheese is melted!.
also good to make the night before and just stick in the oven to take to work!. Very little ingredients, very little work and tastes super duper good!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

2 Large onions chopped!.
Potatoes!.
Parsley sauce!.
Boil the tripe for 15 minutes and drain!.
Cut into bite sized pieces!.
Return to pot with more water bring to the boil as simmer for 30 minutes!.
Add onions when water boils and stir!.
Use some flour to thicken, and add fresh or dried parsley!.
Steam the leeks over the potatoes as they boil
Mash potatoes to a drish mix so that it will mop up the sauce!.
Serve potatoes and leeks!.

Chicken casserole!. It has chicken, tons of broccoli, layer that first!. Top with a cream soup and mayo mix!. I use a olive oil base mayo and mix a good amount of curry powder and top the chicken mixture!. Layer that with cheese and fried onion and bake!
It's one of those great autumn comfort foods that you can alter to your tastes and can make a lower fat if you'd like by just altering a few ingredients!. It's actually what I am making for dinner tomorrow night as the nights have been getting pretty chilly up here in Michigan!.
