Question: I only have room for one should i buy a microwave or toaster oven!?
Answers:
i had the same problem when i move into a small apartment!. i bought a conviction toaster oven and love it i can roast vegges, bake potato, cook pizza !.i've even cooked those tv dinners that say not to put in toaster oven 50 degrees lower with alumnim foil!.!. food taste better and i don't have to use that big oven and clean it!.!.!.heating soup on the stove take like 5 min!.!.!.!.oh, and i'm single so the t/oven was a good buy for me!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would give up my toaster oven before giving up my microwave!. However, I use the toaster oven mainly for toast or melted open faced sandwiches!. My mom uses her toaster oven for everything -- baking, broiling, etc!. She even broils steak in it and cooks small casseroles!. It does get pretty messy that way, but she just buys a new one about every 3 months!. So, it would depend on which appliance you think you'd use more!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you already have an oven in your stove then I would get a microwave!. You can use it to heat leftovers up in not to mention it cooks faster than a toaster oven!. If you want toast then buy both but don't keep the toaster oven on a counter!. Leave it on top of your refrigerator or in a cabinet until you need it and then put it on the counter or a table to use it!. When it is cooled off then move it back to wherever you store it!. I believe that you would get more use out of the microwave though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A microwave is a much more versatile tool in the kitchen!. It will cook food much faster than the toaster oven!. And anything your toaster over can do, your actual oven can do better, though it takes a little longer to heat!. Think of it this way: if you want a bowl of soup, you can warm it in the microwave in under three minutes!. But how can you warm your soup in the toaster oven!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do you allready have a oven!? Then microwave!. If you like leftovers crisp and good, toaster oven!. If you just want quick and convenience, microwave!. I have both and do use my microwave more, but I do like having my toaster oven, but it definitely is not a must like a microwave!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
