Smores (american treat)?!

Question: Smores (american treat)!?
I've heard about these from my son's constant Disney channel watching and would like to make some for them!. However, I'm not sure of the biscuit or cracker I should use and what alternative do us Brits have!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Over in the USA, they have Graham Crackers, which to us are digestive biscuits!. Melt some marshmallow and chocolate, and put them inbetween two digestive biscuits! That's basically what s'mores are!

My american friends showed me!

They're delicious!

EDIT: Try them with peanut butter as wellWww@FoodAQ@Com

Well they ARE traditional but you can be creative!.

The traditional smores is: Graham cracker, marhsmallow & chocolate & topped with another graham cracker!. You don't have to make it over the bonfire either, you can take a graham cracker (or your substitute) add your marshmallow & chocolate & heat up in the microwave for just a few seconds, & top with another cracker (or your substitute!.)

We always used a chocolate covered graham cracker with a marshmallow growing up because it was a lot cheaper!.

I've used chocolate chip cookies with a marshmallow!.

You could deffinately try marshmallows & chocoalte smooshed between Crawfords Garibaldi Biscuits!.

Try a marshmallow smoshed between Tunnocks Milk Chocolate Coated Caramel Wafer Biscuit Imported from England

Be creative, use your imagination, try any thin biscuit, or any biscuit until you find one YOU like :)

try using baby biscuits!. They are sweet and don't get soggy in the microwave!. Try adding fruit to make it a somewhat healthy snack!. Smores are very tasty and if you can find coloured marshmallows, they are fun too! Enjoy!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
