Answers:
Yes!. As a matter of fact, one to 2 week old eggs are preferred over fresh eggs!. The air-pocket in the fatter area of the egg gets larger with age!. It helps in peeling the eggs!.

Put your eggs in a pan of water!. If the eggs are staying horizontal, they are still very fresh!. If the eggs are trying to stand vertically, they are ready to be hard-boiled!. If the eggs float they are no good toss them out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

"Best before" dates only mean the product may not be quite as tasty after that date!. It's only "Use by" dates that recommend that you toss out the product after the date on it!. (These are usually put on meat and dairy products!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com

They are fine!. They use that date to protect their butt; in case something happens!. If an egg is not good; you can tell when you crack ot open, whether cooked or uncooked!. It doesn't look right or smell normal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes!. They'll be fine!. Older eggs tend to boil better anyways!. Once they cool, the shells come off cleaner and leave less dents in the cooked egg!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yeah, they'll be fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes you'll be a-okWww@FoodAQ@Com
