How to do strawberry ghosts (and can I use vanilla instead of white choc.)?!
I am seeking strawberry ghost recipes and they all call for white chocolate but, I've already bought vanilla candy coating!. Will it work much the same way or should I buy the white chocolate!?
And- how do you suggest making them!?
This is the recipe I've found!.!.!.

Oh, I love them, they're too cute!.
I don't know what kind of candy coating you have, but read the directions and see what it can be used for!. You can just try it out too, dip a strawberry in it and let it set, then see how it tastes!. I personally would use white chocolare just because I love chocolate covered strawberries!.
All you have to do to make it is dip the strawberries in whatever you choose to use, let it set, then pipe a face onto them and let it set again!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would use the candy coating!. I have had better results using the candy coating over chocolate as it seems to harden better!. I always melt mine over low heat on the stove as I prefer it to melting it in the microwave as suggested!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
