Do you have a very simple home made pasta recipe?!

Question: Do you have a very simple home made pasta recipe!?
I want to make this with my children and have plain flour, eggs and a packet of semolina and some extra virgin olive oil (but it is flavoured with truffle)!.

I am really looking for a very simple recipe with few ingredients, that is easy to follow and perhaps we could use cookie cutters for different shapes!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Its not for pasta, but noodles (like for chicken n noodles)
It will work just the same as for pasta as we have used it plenty of times for stuffed pasta dishes

2 cups all purpose flour (plain flour)
2 eggs
pinch or two of salt

Mix all ingredients!. Roll thin with flour!. Cut and let dry!.

This is my great grandmother's recipeWww@FoodAQ@Com

Ingredients
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 large egg
1 tbsp EVOO

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and then add the egg and EVOO!. If there isn't enough moisture, then you can add water!. If the dough is too sticky, then add flour!. Roll the dough into a ball and put it in the fridge for 20 minutes!.
Now if you have a pasta maker, then roll the dough out a little and run through the pasta maker!. Otherwise, roll the dough out until the thickness is to your liking and cut with a knife!.
Cooking in boiling water for 5 minutes or thoroughly cooked!.
