Sometimes doctoring up a usual thing may do the trick!. For example, you can go and buy a simple biscuit mix!. ( Something you can get cheap at most grocery stores ) When putting the mix together, add a little honey, then bake!. You could bake as biscuits or even in a pan like a cake!. Once done, you can mix in a bowl, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, cranberries, etc with a little sugar!. Let it caramelize and add to the top of the biscuits!. You could also add powdered sugar and even sprigs of mint!. :)

Good luck!

What I usually make for school bake sales always sells fast, and goes first! It's making cupcakes in flat bottomed ice cream cones!.
You just use a mix (I find homemade batter is too dense), and prepare as for cupcakes/cake - fill cones 2/3 full, place in muffin tins and bake!. Ice and decorate!.
