Answers:
Simple pizza is what I do my dear!.

Sometimes I make my own dough, other times I go to the local pizza shop and for $2 I buy theirs!.

I take it home and cut it half, this way I can make two pizzas!.

I roll it out by hand very rustic

I open a jar of ready made sauce and season it with garlic, basil and oregano!.

I ladle some sauce on the pizza, then I top it off with mozzarella and pecorino romano!.

Drizzle some olive oil and bake at 475 until cheese is bubbly!.

Let cool for 2-3 minutes

Slice and eat with a side salad!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Crust options:
French bread, flour tortillas, premade crust, crust mix shaped into one large pizza, several small, or even special shapes!.

Sauce options:
Jar pasta sauce, jar pizza sauce, diluted seasoned tomato paste, tomato soup!.

Meat:
Pepperoni is easy, shredded chicken breast can be purchased precooked!. Hamburger, sausage, shrimp!.

Veggie toppings can be anything! popular and convenient!.!.!.onions and peppers are pre chopped, frozen!. Jalepenos are sliced in a jar!. Olives are sliced in can!. Mushrooms are in a can!. All these can be fresh as well!. You can also add avocado, artichoke, tomatos, broc, zuchinni!.

Cheese: any kind you like, shredded is easiest for pizza!

Method:

Toaster oven, regular oven, convection, grill, skillet!
You can also take your pizza ingredients, assemble them into a burrito, sandwich, or panini!Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you are going shoppping and want to make it fast, fun and delicious, I recommend the following:

English Muffin Pizzas (could use bagels too)

1 package (8) english muffins
8 oz Pre-shredded cheese, try the pizza blend
jar of pasta sauce (don't waste money on "pizza" sauce it bites!)
favorite toppings - we get pineapple tidbits, olives, cherry tomatoes to split, mini canadian bacon and the microwave sausage links

Preheat broiler (you can use the microwave but this is the best!)
Prep your toppings
Toast your "dough"
add a small amount of sauce
small amount of cheese (helps toppings stay put)
toppings
more cheese
put on a cookie sheet and bake under the broiler for a couple minutes - watch 'em so they don't burn!

This works so well we keep the stuff on hand for quick lunches, midnight snacks and have 'em for breakfast sometimes with a scrambled egg bacon or sausage and salsa - Yummy!

Have fun

1)
Most grocery stores have Frozen Pizza Dough Balls near the frozen bread!. Let it thaw and rest, then stretch it to form a large circle!.

2)
Have a pizza pan, about $7

3)
Marinara sauce works fine, or pizza sauce

4)
Shredded mozzarella

5)
Other toppings you like

Preheat your oven to 400!.
Brush your crust with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt!. Ladle on sauce and coat inner of crust, top with cheese and toppings!. Bake in the oven for about 14 mins, but check it at 12 mins to make sure it isn't browning too fast!.

Ok here's pizza broken down:

You can go to just about any grocery store with a bakery and they will have dough bagged for homemade pizza (most stored use it to bake their bread!)
If not then: 1 pkg!. active yeast
1 1/4 c!. warm water
2 tbsp!. cooking oil
4 c!. flour
1 tsp!. salt

Dissolve yeast in warm water, stir in oil!. Sift flour and salt together and stir into first mixture!. Knead for 15 minutes!. The dough will rise!.

You can top it with the already canned pizza sauce and your favorite toppings, but pepporoni and veggies freshly sliced is going to taste alot better!. Same goes for the cheese!. Bake at 400 and enjoy!
