Have u ever made pumpkin whoopie pies?!
they look good and i want to make them, but all the recipies i see have an endless list of spices, what is i just get the pumpkin puree WITH the spices and skip the ginger, etc!.!.!.!?

I have a GREAT pumpkin cookie recipe & last year camping sitting around the fire roasting marshmallows we made pumpkin whoopie pies to die for !.!.!.
3 sticks real butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 can pumpkin
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
4 cups flour
2 cups quick oats
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 bag cinnamon chips
1 bag white chocolate chips
cream butter & sugars-add pumpkin,eggs,and vanilla--in separate bowl combine all dry ingredients & add gradually to wet mixture- stir in chips-drop by rounded tablespoons 2-3" apart onto cookie sheet - bake @ 350 for 12-15 minutes-------toast marshmallows and put between 2 cookies--the absolute BEST Www@FoodAQ@Com
