How about breaded hamburger steak with garlic chive smashed potatoes and gravy!? Mix a small amount of salt, black pepper, garlic and smoked paprika with the meat!. Then make 2 large thin patties for each meal!. Pile chopped onion and grated cheddar cheese on one patty, cover with the other patty, seal around the edges and shape into a nice, even patty!.
THEN
Prepare a batter with milk, egg and flour!. Gently place each patty in the batter, then flip over to coat other side!. After doing that, put the patty onto a plate of flour and evenly coat each side to dry the batter!.
Fry on medium to medium high heat in greased frying pan until done!.
GRAVY
Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons flour per patty into pan, adding small amount of grease or butter if necessary!. Cook until flour is well browned, add about 1/4 cup water for each patty, stirring well to prevent lumps!.
Top with sauted onions then gravy, serve with garlic/chive smashed potatoes and green salad!. My people love these and they're pretty easy to make!.

How about:
salisbury steak
individual little meatloafs instead of a big one!. Shape them like salisbury steak and fry or bake!. Serve with noodles or mashed potatoes!. Gravy is optional but is really good if you fry them up a little first to brown then finish by baking with some gravy in the pan!.
Chili
macaroni and beef with diced canned tomatoes, or baked with pasta sauce!. Add kidney beans if you like!. I have a friend that makes a casserole out of fried up and drained ground beef, elbow macaroni (cooked al-dente), pasta saucel, mixed together then topped with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni!.
Pasta Faguli
Little meatballs for meatball bombers or with pasta and sauce, or with a barbeque sauce for an appetizer
Good old fashioned hamburger on a bun, or cheeseburger, or bacon cheeseburger!. Topped with lettuce and tomato on a crusty bun!.
Meat Sauce for pasta
How about as a stuffing for empanadas or eppie rolls

Wow, what a question!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.just today I am making a Sauce Bolognese (Marinara Sauce with Ground Beef) and it tastes fantastic! (Add in some beef stock, red wine, Worcestershire sauce and bay leaf)I use ground beef in pasta dishes, rice dishes, omelette's, soups, chili, stews and sauces, I use it for sandwiches (cold and hot) and not just burgers!. I use it as a topping for dinner salads too, when it's salad night and you need a protein!. I put it into wraps and pita bread, use it for pizza night and a topping for open faced sandwiches!. I really love all of your uses of ground beef, but understand you wanting to branch out and try more applications, I hope some of these suggestions will help you to research more recipes that fulfill you families likes and tastes!. Happy Tuesday and Cooking to you! Www@FoodAQ@Com
