I need a great chocolate recipe!!! Easy 10 points..?!
Halloween night will be chocolate night at my job and everything must be chocolate (the drinks will be furnished & it's probably water too)!.!. I want to bring something different but not too time consuming to prepare!. Any suggestions!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I just made chocolate covered pretzels for my hubby and he LOVED them!. I melted a whole bag of Hershey's milk chocolate Bliss candies in the microwave and just dipped mini pretzles in it and laid them on a parchment sheet and popped them in the fridge for 5 min until the chocolate set!. He gobbled them up (ok!.!.!.I did too!.!.shhh) they were sooo good, not only is this economical, but how easy is that!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
Chocolate Bread Pudding
Ingredients:
1 package of cinnamon raisin bread
3 oz!. dark raisins
3 oz!. light brown sugar
1 oz!. bourbon
1 finely zested orange
4 oz!. HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Chips
3 oz!. HERSHEY’S EXTRA DARK Pure Dark Chocolate or SCHARFFEN BERGER 62% Dark Semi Sweet Chocolate (chopped)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ? cups milk
4 whole eggs
? cup heavy cream
Directions:
Cut the raisin bread slices into 4 sections!. Combine the raisin bread, raisins, brown sugar, bourbon, orange zest and chocolate chips!. Toss gently to combine and let mixture marinate in buttered baking pan overnight!.
Bring the milk, vanilla extract and heavy cream to a boil and pour over the chopped dark chocolate, stir!. Once chocolate mixture is stirred and smooth, slowly add the eggs to the mixture using a hand whisk!. Pour the warm mixture over the bread mixture that has been sitting in the baking pan overnight!. Let bread pudding sit for 1 hour at room temperature before baking!. Set baking pan inside a larger baking pan in a water bath for 1 hour at 300°F or until pudding has set!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

hmmm - have you ever made a trifle!?!? it is a multi-layered desert usually prepared in a large pedestal type bowl!. i would suggest you alternate layers of crushed chocolate bars with chocolate mousse and chocolate puddings - selecting any 6, 8 or 10 different type of these items!. A white chocolate mousse , a dark chocolate and a milk chocolate!. you can make a "fake" mousse by mixing (gently) chocolate pudding and whipped cream!.then starting with a candy and then layer the mousse keep layering until the bowl is full - you can drizzle chocolate and maybe butterscotch on the trifle - you might even want to add a layer of sliced strawberries - use your imagination but it will be spectacularWww@FoodAQ@Com

1 9" unbaked pastry shell
6 oz Semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 c Margarine or butter
14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c Biscuit baking mix
2 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 c Nuts,chopped
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F!.
Bake pastry shell 10 minutes; remove from oven!.
Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees F!.
In saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with margarine!.
In large mixer bowl, beat chocolate mixture with remaining ingredients except nuts until smooth!.
Add nuts!.
Pour into prepared pastry shell!. Bake 35-45 minutes or until
center is set!.
Cool!.
Serve warm at room temperature with ice cream if desired!.

What about fondue!? It's super easy, people who are trying to eat healthier can have some and of course it's yummy! You do need to have some sort of warming element!.!.!.but the reality is every party I've taken it to, it gets eaten so fast that I don't even get the flame under it!
