If you have sugar, juice the orange into a pan, add 2 T sugar & 1/4 cup hot water and stir!. Heat on low heat for about 15 mins until the sugar dissolves and the sauce starts to reduce!.
Salt and pepper your chicken and sautee to brown the outside!. They don't have to be fully cooked!. Once brown, add to your orange sauce and spoon the sauce over the chicken!. Let cook in sauce another 10 mins!.
Make rice as directed!.
Eat orange chicken with the rice!. Reseason with salt pepper if desired!.
(If these are the breaded chicken strips, then bake them, and use the orange sauce for dipping!.)
If you have no sugar, go to the gas station and pretend to get some coffee!. Get 3 or 4 sugar packets and leave!. ;PWww@FoodAQ@Com

Hopefully you have oil or butter!.!.!.!.
If you do you can make orange chicken!.
Season chicken with salt and pepper!. Cook in pan with oil (hopefully NOT a non stick pan, you need good stuff to stick here for the sauce)!.
Grate some of the orange peal into a bowl and add a bit of water and freshly squeezed 1/2 of your orange!. If you have sugar, you can add a bit of that too!. After chicken is done pour in to pan and deglaze, scrapping the good crunchy pieces of chicken up till they dissolve in the pan and make a nice sauce!. Pour on chicken and throw on the other 1/2 orange sliced up!. Serve with rice!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Coat the chicken strips with some of your salt and pepper saute in a skillet until browned on both sides!. Cook your rice and add the salt and pepper for a little extra flavor!. If you have it an orange zester would do you wonders here!. Take the zester and run it down the side of the orange removing some of the peel!. This can give you some great flavor as well as a garnish!. So add the peel to the rice, then cut up the chicken into bite-size pieces and add to the rice!. Then to give the whole dish a little more of a citrus flavor roll the orange to get more of the juice then cut the orange in half and squeeze the orange juice over the dish and voila dinner is served!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You should make white rice, spread out on a plate, with chicken strips soaked in orange, or mixed in with small orange bits for extremely good flavor, on top of them!. You can use pepper/salt to give the rice more flavoring, your choice, but the chicken will not need any if it has orange flavoring in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
