Question: Great chunky chili recipe thats not to spicy!?
Its that time of year! I like really chunky chili w/ celery ground meat beans & chili power!.!.!.!.but not hot, maybe light to medium!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here's mine:

1 lb stew meat cut into small cubes
1 large or 2 small onions, chopped
2-3 cloves chopped garlic
1 can corn
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can black beans, drained
1 bottle beer
1-2 tbls chipotle pepper sauce (more or less if you like)
dash of Worcestershire sauce
Dash BBQ sauce
salt, pepper

Brown the beef and onion in a little oil!. Add everything else and simmer for an hour or until the beef is tender!.

1 lb!. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
1 c!. chopped onions
1/2 c!. chopped celery
1/2 c!. chopped carrot
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 c!. fresh tomato salsa, or salsa
1 (28 oz!.) can tomatoes, undrained, cut up
1 (8 oz!.) can tomato sauce
3 tsp!. chili powder
1/2 tsp!. cumin
1 (15 oz!.) can garbanzo beans, drained
1 green bell pepper, chopped

Spray large nonstick saucepan with nonstick cooking spray!. Heat over medium-high heat until hot!. Add chicken, onions, celery, carrot and garlic; cook and stir until chicken is no longer pink!. Stir in salsa, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder and cumin!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Regular Chunky Chili:
1-1/2 pounds lean chuck or round steak, cut into bite-size pieces
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 green peppers, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 to 3 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 can (28 ounces) no-salt-added whole tomatoes, cut up and undrained
1 can (15 to 16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
Crusty round French rolls (optional)

Chunky Turkey Chili:
5 pounds ground turkey
6 cups chopped celery
2 medium green peppers, chopped
2 large onions, chopped
2 cans (28 ounces each) crushed tomatoes
2 cups water
2 envelopes (1-3/4 ounces each) chili seasoning
1 to 2 tablespoons chili powder
2 cans (16 ounces each) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
