Answers:
Here's the deal, when you cook spaghetti, make sure to separate the noodles and the sauce!. I mean don't mix all the noodles with the sauce, just the ones that you will eat!. And you can store them in the refrigerator!. When it's time to reheat it, if you think that the noodles are sticky and dry, add a little bit of veggie oil into it and distribute it and then boil a pot of water with two teaspoons of veggie oil and place the noodles into a strainer, and dip the noodles for about a minute, then it's done!. Just add the sauce and some grated cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

hmm, I've never had "sticky" left over spaghetti!. So I guess i must be doing something right!.!.!.!.!.!.I put the spaghetti sauce in a container with a top into the refrigerator!. You might as well throw the noodles out and make new noodles when you want to eat left overs!.!.!.!.If you really dont want to make new noodles, put them in a container, add some water, microwave a minute at a time to check consistency/texture!. When they're right pour out the water, add sauce and heat the sauce!. It comes out perfectly, just llike the first dayWww@FoodAQ@Com

Store it topped with the spaghetti sauce!.

OR: Take the fresh spaghetti, after draining, and toss with a nice dose of extra virgin olive oil!. Add a pinch of dried thyme!. Serve as usual!. Don't use EVOO on the cooking water-- that stuff is too expensive to dump down the drain!.

It will retain most of its tasty tecture, but of course, won't be perfect!.

However: Leftover spaghettie fried up with some eggs and bacon and onion in the morning for breakfast is AWESOME!.

I forget how my dad used to do it, but we would cook spaghetti and then refrigerate it simply to do this!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Drain it well and toss with a little olive oil, pam etc!.!.!. then put in in a baggies or other air tight container!.

When you go to reheat it, heat some water to boiling and drop the noodles in the hot water for about 30-40 seconds!. Drain as you usually would and enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don't overcook the noodles and then I find using the whole wheat spaghetti gives the noodles more body!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mix it with a little bit of melted butter or olive oil, if it isn't already mixed with a sauce, to keep it from sticking together!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I toss the noodles with a little olive oil!.

I can then reheat the noodles in the microwave, or with a brief dip in boiling water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

try putting a little oil in the water when you cook it!.!.!. this also helps keep it from boiling over!. or spray the drained pasta with some spray butter or Pam!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

we just put into cold water and put in fridge until you are ready,if you want to freeze it strain the water and put into airtight box and freeze!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well, if you're just fridging the pasta put a little oil in it while it's warm and when you heat it back up it shouldn't be all stuck together Www@FoodAQ@Com
