Answers:
(6 1/2 ounce) can tuna, packed in water, drained and flaked
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
8 slices white bread
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Stir together tuna, mayonnaise and mustard in small bowl!.
Place 4 slices of bread in buttered 8-inch square baking pan!. Spread tuna mixture evenly over top of bread!. Top with cheese!. Cover with remaining bread!.
Beat together eggs, milk, hot pepper sauce and pepper in small bowl!. Pour egg mixture over bread!. Cover with plastic; refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight!.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F!. Bake strata until top browns and custard sets, 40 to 50 minutes!. Cool on wire rack 10 minutes before serving!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 package wide egg noodles - (5 oz)
3 cups boiling water
1 can condensed low-fat mushroom soup - (10 oz)
1/3 cup fat-free (skim) milk
1 can water-packed tuna - (6 1/2 oz)
1 cup frozen green peas
1 cup dried breadcrumbs

Cook the noodles in the boiling water about 2 minutes!. Cover, remove from heat, and let stand about 10 minutes!. Heat the oven to 350 degrees!.

Meanwhile, combine the mushroom soup, milk, tuna, and peas in a medium bowl!. Rinse the noodles with warm water and drain well!. Fold the noodles into the tuna mixture and pour into a nonstick 1-quart casserole!.

Sprinkle the casserole with breadcrumbs and bake for 30 minutes!.

You can't beat the official Campbell's Soup recipe for Tuna Casserole!. Give it a try!.!.!.

1 can (10 3/4 oz!.) Campbell’s? Condensed Cream of Celery Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free) *or mushroom
1/2 cup milk
1 cup cooked peas (or frozen peas for a zing)
2 tbsp!. chopped pimentos (what!?!?!? I never added that, hmmmm…)
2 cans (about 6 oz!. each) tuna, drained and flaked
2 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles
2 tbsp!. dry bread crumbs (crushed potato chips really work best here, old family favorite)
1 tbsp!. butter OR margarine, melted

Directions:

PREHEAT oven to 400°F!.

MIX soup, milk, peas, pimiento, tuna and noodles in 1 1/2-qt!. baking dish!. BAKE for 20 min!. STIR !.

Mix bread crumbs with butter!. To melt butter, remove wrapper and place in microwave-safe cup!. Cover and microwave on HIGH 30 seconds!. Sprinkle on top of casserole and bake for 5 min!. or until hot!.

The one my family has always liked, and it's very easy!.

Cook up 1 bag of noodles, then add to it 1 large can of Cream of mushroom soup, 2 cans of Tuna, 1 can of sweet peas, salt and pepper!.

Then put it all in a casserole dish and sprinkle crushed up PLAIN potato chips on top!. Bake at 350 for approx 20-30 minutes or until the chips on top start turning crispy brown!.

1 (10 oz!.) package frozen spinach
1 can tuna, drained
1 small can sliced mushrooms (optional)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon minced onion

1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
Cook spinach according to directions on package!. Drain well!. Drain mushrooms, saving liquid!. Add lemon juice and water to mushroom juice to make 1 cup liquid!. In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter, and blend in onion, flour, salt, pepper, and mushroom liquid!. Cook, stirring, until smooth and thick!. Beat sauce into egg, then add mushrooms!. Arrange spinach in a casserole dish, then top with tuna!. Pour sauce on top!. Dot with 1 tablespoon butter and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes!.

*****Tuna Noodle Casserole With Mushrooms and Fresh Herbs
9 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 1/2 cups milk (do not use low-fat or nonfat)
1 cup sliced stemmed fresh shiitake mushrooms (about 2 ounces)
1 cup sliced trimmed button mushrooms (about 2 ounces)
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried
8 ounces egg noodles
1 12 1/4-ounce can tuna packed in water, drained well
1 1/2 cups fresh white breadcrumbs
Melt 4 tablespoons butter in heavy medium saucepan over medium heat!. Add flour and stir 2 minutes!. Gradually whisk in milk!. Stir over medium heat until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes!. Remove from heat!.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in medium skillet over medium-high heat!. Add all mushrooms, green onions and celery!. Sauté until mushrooms are tender, about 5 minutes!. Stir in rosemary and thyme!. Stir mushroom mixture into sauce!.
Preheat oven to 350°F!. Butter 8-inch square glass baking dish!. Cook noodles in large pot of boiling salted water until tender but still firm to bite!. Drain!. Rinse under cold water!. Drain well!. Place tuna in large bowl!. Using fork, flake tuna into bite-size pieces!. Add noodles and sauce!. Toss to coat!. Season with salt and pepper!. Transfer mixture to prepared dish!. (Can be made 1 day ahead!. Cover; chill!.)
Melt remaining 4 tablespoons butter in heavy medium skillet over medium heat!. Add breadcrumbs and stir until golden brown, about 10 minutes!. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over casserole!. Bake until casserole bubbles around edges, about 30 minutes!. Serve hot!.

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups tomato Sauce
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cups hot cooked medium shell-shaped pasta
1 can tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 cup Croutons, coarsely crushed


MIX soup and milk!. Stir in pasta sauce, Monterey Jack cheese and Parmesan cheese!. Add pasta and tuna and toss gently to coat!. Spoon into 2-qt!. shallow baking dish!.

BAKE at 350°F!. for 25 min!. Top with croutons!. Bake 5 min!. or until hot!.

1 large can of tuna, mixed with one can of Cream Of Mushroom soup and half a can of milk!. Add cooked noodles, about 3/4 of a package of egg noodles!. Mix it all up, well!. Salt and pepper to taste!.
Place in a casserole dish!. Cover with grated cheese and cooked at 350 for about 25 minutes or until all the cheese is nice and melted!.
