Answers:
You can take 2 cups of cooled broth from your stew, saving one cup!. Take one cup of the broth whisk in 2 tablespoons of cornstarch then pour into stew stirring until thickened!. If you desire a thicker stew repeat this process with the other cup of broth, otherwise pour you broth back into stew, finish heating and enjoy! Be careful when eating the heated stew, when using cornstarch,it seems to retain more heat!. You can also roll your cut up meat in flour before browning and it turns into a rough as you add you water or broth!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can use "brown gravy powder" sometimes called Bisto Gravy, or you can simply add a packet of soup powder pre mixed in clod water to the broth, Be sure to add it about an hour before serving if it is done in a slow cooker, alternatively make a thick broth from soup powder and when cooked through and is thick, add that to the slow cooking meal!.

if you want a thicker sauce, what i do is add my potatoes early in the stewing!. the starches break off of the potatoes and make a nice, velvety sauce when it's all said and done!. i don't like to really add anything because it takes away from the "rough" flavors that you should be tasting!. if you are not going to be home to monitor the cooking, then grab another one or two potatoes and dice them into smaller pieces than the potatoes that you have cut up already!. if you have time, boil those until they are about 1/2 done, and add to the stew mixture!. good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can take flour!.!.!. mix it with water so it's fluid other than just adding raw flour to the stew or you can use CORNSTARCH which is preferable!.!. but you still need to mix it with some of the fluid first before you add it to the stew!.!. and then!.!.!. regardless of flour or cornstarch!.!. just add a little!.!.!. stir it in!.!.!. see what happens!.!. and then add more!.!.!. you can always add more!.!.!. it's hard to take it out once you add itWww@FoodAQ@Com

Here's another option: I put the cubes of meat in, then put in enough seasoned flour to cover them & stir!. Then add a can of tomato paste & stir!. Then add your other ingredients!. (I use frozen peas instead of green beans!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com

a few tablespoons of cornstarch mixed with about 1/2 c!. water will thicken your broth, instant tapioca also works well!. It will thicken as your meal cooks, and will still look thin until has been cooking for several hours!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can use a brown gravy mix(it clots liquids)!.!.!.but that's preference really!. OR Cornstarch and a little bit of self rising flour (just a little)!. Brown your meat before you but it in the crockpot!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mix 2 tsp of cornflour in a 1/3 cup of hot water and add it about 5 minutes before you finish cooking the stew!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

add spoon of flour or cornstarchWww@FoodAQ@Com
