I've been on a diet for a while!
When I'm craving a burger, I throw a "Turkey Burger" on my George Foreman grill!. I use a whole wheat bun, and with the fresh veggies on top!.!. kills the craving!. Happy belly!. No mayo of course!.
French fries, my fiance will boil the potatoes for a bit to soften them, and then he slices, seasons them, and bakes them in the oven - truly delicious!.
also, I work in a Mexican restaurant, so it's REALLY hard not to snack on fried tortilla chips all night at work!. I take one of our big wheat tortillas, and put it on our tortilla warmer - flipping it till it get's crispy!. Then, I break it up into pieces and dip it in our yummy salsa!.
You just have to have some creativity and self-control to get through those really bad fast-food cravings!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have to do all my own cooking because I am allergic to ingredients in most all of it!. I don't cook much "fast food", but I do make gluten-free versions of Chinese food, Mexican food, and some pasta dishes restaurants offer!. My wife's favorite is my chicken Parmesan!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
You can make your own Big Mac!. The whole taste is in the 1000 Island Dressing (special sauce), at least for me!. Use lean beef, add what you want from the list we all know by heart!. Skip the bun in the middle, use low fat 1000!.
You can also bake Ore-Ida type fries!. They aren't exactly the same but you know!?
And almost anything you get at Taco Bell can be made more healthy, it's not hard!. Fat free beans, drain the beef, lay off some of the salt, cheese, and sour cream!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Use Whole Wheat breads instead of White Bread
Bake your chicken nuggets
Use lite Mayo, dressings on your burgers, etc!.!.
Instead of pan frying your taco shells bake them to a crisp, but
coat lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt
