Question: Anyone know a good dry rub and/or a marinade for pan or grilled chicken!? !?
I'm not big on spicey food and I'm a big fan of garlic!. ThanxWww@FoodAQ@Com

mmm Garlic, simple but tasty marinade!.

1!. roast garlic- take a head of garlic, cut the top 3rd off place in baking pan or sheet drizzle a bit of olive oil or veg!. oil!. and cook for 20 min at 400!. remove and let cool!. then squeeze the garlic out of bulb!.
2!. put garlic in bowl with some white wine or lemon juice about 1/4 cup!.
3!. and then a 1/2 tsp!. salt 1/2 tsp pepper!.
4!. whisk together with 2 tbsp of olive oil!.
5!. add chicken and let sit for 1-2 hrs!.

You could also just take the roast garlic and add some dry herbs that you like and just mash it into the garlic and with salt and pepper and rub that all over the chicken!. and cook!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lawry's Lemon Pepper Marinade is great! Fill a plastic bag just enough to cover the chicken and marinade overnight!. The chicken is so tender and flavorful!. It is not spicy or garlicky at all!. You can marinade for a shorter period but it is not as good!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

easy and very tasty----
rub chicken with a good ,cold pressed olive oil
sprinkle it with some seasoned salt and garlic powder
rub it in and let set for 15-20 minutes then cookWww@FoodAQ@Com
