Well yeah-but if you want icing and not frosting, try adding 1 tsp vanilla extract, then small amounts of milk to a couple cups of powdered sugar til you get a drizzly consistency!.!.!.then add red & yellow (small amounts to not overdo it) til you get orange-drizzle over wwhtaever you intend thsi for! Just add orange food colouring (not red) to some white icing!. Frost the cupcake with white, completely covering surface!. Put the orange icing in a little baggie, seal and snip off a tiny corner!. Squirt the orange onto the white in a swirl pattern!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
