Answers:
Well, since you have all your "stuff (ingredients!?)" ready, then once your beef has defrosted, place your beef and all your stuff in a large ziplock bag and gently mix them together, be careful no to over work your beef mixture!. Wet your hands and make your patties!. Shape a loose ball and hold it in your fingers!. Press gently with the balls of your hands to form a patty!. Don't pack!. With the patty cradled in your fingers, press edges gently with your other hand cupped, turning the burger like a dial!. Edges shouldn't be too shaggy, but they don't have to be perfect!. Aim for patties a half-inch to one inch thick!. Make the center slightly thinner than the outer edges so the patty will cook flat and not puff up into a ball!. To make sure you don't overcook the burger, stay by the grill and be sure the fire isn't too high!. Turn the burger only once and never press on the patty with the spatula, which forces juices out!. Add any flavorings you want to the beef (Worcesters sauce, onions, garlic, soy sauce, etc), and mix it in well!. Then form into patties, and grill or fry (in a frying pan)!. Toast your hamburger buns, add the condiments you like and voila, burger city!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

BBQ, slap the meet on the grill and bread once its above to be finished!. Dont forget to put some seasoning in the meet!. After its done put some lectuce & tomato n all dat good stuff!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
