Answers:
You can use any frying Pan,just make sure it is clean!.!.!.LOL

The secret to keep the flavour of the meat with the marinate in,is to "SEAL" the steak!.

Make sure the PAN is Flaming hot (Really Hot in other words) with a small amount of oil (Any oil will do but olive oil works best)!.

Put the steaks on in the pan,to seal the one side, and as soon as its brown (+-15 Sec) turn it to seal the other side as well ( This wil seal the Flavour in!.

Turn the steak over to the first side that you started on,and turn you stove down to medium to low heat!. Cook it for a further 2-3 minutes on both sides (Dependens on how you like your stake!.!.!.[Blue rare,Rare, medium, meduim to well, and well done]

Blue Rare = Just seal the steaks and put it on the plate
Rare = Keep the steaks in the pan for another 60sec in the pan on both sides
Medium = 2min on both sides
Medium to well = 3-4 min
Well done = 5-7 min

The best type of pan would be cast iron (whether a pan or a grill), but you can use any type of pan!. You don't need oil (but it won't hurt), just make sure you heat the pan on high heat to get a nice sear started when the steaks go on, then reduce the heat to med or med-high to cook them through!. Just put a steak on and allow to sear for almost five minutes before turning it over and cooking the other side!. If after both sides have been seared it's not done to your liking continue turning every few minutes (to prevent burning) and finish off to your liking!. Since your marinating the steaks you'll want to make sure that the pan is large and that you cook them one at a time!. If you put them in together they'll end up releasing a lot of fluid (both natural and marinade), which will keep them from searing and end up braising themselves in the liquid!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Heat up a non-stick frying pan!. drizzle in about a teaspoon of oil swirl around the pan and then put in your drained steaks a couple at a time to sizzle until browned, flip and sizzle other side, remove to a serving plate!. When you're done you can make the gravy in the same pan if using and pour it directly over the steaks in the dish or serve separately in a gravy boat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yum!. hey sound delicious!. I would cook them in my non stick frypan!.
Cook one side and then flip to cook on the other!. Most Importantly if they are very thin you should cook them very quickly!. If you dont have a non stick pan (and you want to save the marinade) I suugest you put down a peice of baking paper and cook it on that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If there is no instructions on the package I would cook them in a non stick pan over a medium high heat with a touch of olive oil ( a healthy oil)!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
