Question: What's a different and easy to make for dinner for my fiance!?
I've been making the stupid but simple stuff for my fiance like spaghetti, beef roast and meat loaf!. I want something to make for him that is easy and tastes very good!. He almost likes everything, so anything is possible, thanks a bunchWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
1 lb Beef tenderloin, sliced very thin
2 x Cloves fresh garlic, crushed
2 tbl Granulated sugar
1 tbl Sesame oil
Black pepper good sprinkling
Roasted sesame seeds (also a good sprinkling)
1 x Green onion, finely chopped
2 tbl Soy sauce
3 tbl Water

In a glass or plastic bowl, mix everything together!. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 days!. (You can cook immediately, but of course, it won't taste as good!.
In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high to high heat!. Cook the beef slices, turning until meat reaches desired degree of doneness (about 1-2 minutes)!.
Serve with rice and green vegetables!.

my fiance loves when i cook cheese steak sandwiches
i love cooking them and they are sooo tasty (but i have no idea about fat or calories -so be careful!! LOL)

sautee green peppers onions and bananna peppers
cook thinly sliced steak (if you wanna go 'cheap' steak ums aren't too bad, but v!. greasy)
toast some bread in the oven and then top with cheese (i use motzerella) and put under the broiler until cheese is melted
then just for fun because i am a cheese freak i add a little cheese to the steak pepper and onion on the pan

it's easy because you can use whatever ingredients you want you can do chicken instead of beef
or add or subtract some veggies
or use different cheese

its a fun meal that i do when i dont want to be stuck in the kitchen for a long time!.

Get creative with pizzas! It is really fun, really good, and really really really easy!.

First step, find a grocery that sells Frozen Pizza Dough Balls, near the frozen bread!. I know Trader Joes has it, Meijer has it, you might have to call around!. Once you do that, you can make allllll kinds of pizzas!.

Let the pizza dough ball thaw/rest and stretch it out onto a Pizza Pan (about $5 at any store that sells pans)!. Spray pan with non-stick spray or a little oil!. Stretch out the dough (or roll it out) and top with anything!

Brush the crust with Olive Oil and sprinkle with garlic salt and parmesan cheese!.

Your fiance will love it!.

scallops: put 10 large frozen scallops (usually come frozen in a large bag at your grocery store) in a frying pan with a touch of salt, pepper and olive oil!. cook till their center looks opaque!. then take a wooden skewer and put four or five scallops on the skewer (use tongues--don't burn yourself), you can add cubes of green and red peppers in between!. put the skewered scallops back in the frying pan to brown them a little on each side!.
serve with a side of rice pilaf, salad, potatoes, mixed veggies (what your heart desires)
