Answers:
the best recipe is 1 full cup of plain flour, 1 full cup of milk and 1 cup full to the top with as many eggs as you can get in it!. Put in a large mixing bowl and beat together to make a batter and add salt and pepper!. Oil a muffin tray and heat in an oven at about 220!. When the oil is hot, put the batter in and cook for about 20-25 mins!. You'll have massive yorkies! You'll obviously have to make a larger batch of batter, but stick to the '1 full cup of' method!. check out james martin's website www!.jamesmartinchef!.co!.uk!. james has a guaranteed yorkshire pud recipe but not sure if it's on his web-siteWww@FoodAQ@Com

I would just use your basic yorkshire pudding recipe but bake in a large pan and then cut into squares!. Easier than messing with muffin or popover trays!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
