Some ideas:
1!. Peel them and dry them in a food dryer!. They make great fruit chips or fruit leather!.
2!. Press them or juice them and make apple juice or cider which can be frozen or processed in jars!.
3!. Depending on the variety, you could pack them in very cold storage and keep them a little while longer than just leaving them in the boxes!. I would wrap each apple in a tissue-like paper and store them in the boxes in layers!. You can actually get the cardboard-grade paper from the grocery stores that get rid of apple boxes!.!.!.!.common separators!. Then store the boxes in a cold environment!. You could put them in a refrigerator temp!. but not close to freezing!. This will extend the amount of time you have to enjoy them!.
Hope this helps!.
4!. Sorry, just saw your add on!.!.!.!.you can preserve them in jars, but they do not turn out like one would expect!. I actually canned apple slices like I would peaches or pears!. They are okay, but a bit mushy!. Especially the apples that are not considered "cooking" apples!. The texture is a bit mushy because of the variety of the apple and the sugar content!. However, I found a good pie filling recipe for apples on recipeczar!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

eat them, share them, store them in the fridge (but I don't like apples in the fridge, it changes them), make apple pumpkin butter!.!.yum, make a waldorf salad!.!.!.some combination!. If you have a basement or garage where it's cool, they will keep best there (though many people like them in the fridge)!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
