Is Banana loaf cake still nice if not made with over ripe bananas?!
I want to make some for tomorrow but would need to go out and buy bananas now!.

It just won't be as sweet!. Buy the banana's and put them in the freezer then thaw them when you are ready to use them!. They blacken (ie: get sweeter) in the freezerWww@FoodAQ@Com
It's still good I just don't think it comes out as moist as when you add over ripe bananas!.!.have made it both ways and it was still eaten!.!.lolWww@FoodAQ@Com
Add a 1/2 c rum (spiced is even better) to any cake mix and see how good it taste!Www@FoodAQ@Com
