Answers:
If you want to fry them, just roll them in flour and place in your skillet with a little oil!. Salt and pepper to taste, and fry them on medium heat until the juices run clean!.
To make gravy, spoon off all but about 3-4 tablespoons of oil!. Add flour to the oil and stir until blended!. Add milk (about 2 cups) and cook over medium heat stirring until the milk gets thick and the gravy is the consistency you want!. Salt and pepper to taste!.
Serve with mashed potatoes!.!.!.!.!.yummy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

My pork chops are in the oven right now!. I poured about 1/4 cup of flour into a bowl, added salt pepper and paprika, mixed up and dipped the chops in the flour!. In a skillet, I heated about 1/4 c!. olive oil over medium high heat, when it got hot I added the chops and browned well on both sides!. Now, at this point you could either decide to bake in the oven or cook on the stove top -- your choice, but I chose to bake in the oven!. I prepared a 2 qt!. casserole by spraying with non stick spray, put the browned chops in, doused with a little Worcestershire!. To the skillet, I sprinkled about 3 T!. of the seasoned flour, mixed well and let cook for about a minute!. Then, I added about 1 1/4 cup water very slowly and mixed into a slightly runny gravy!. Then, I poured the gravy over the chops, popped a lid on the casserole and placed it in the oven for about 45 minutes!.

Our chops have about 8 more minutes to cook -- you could do the same and cook on the stove by just placing the chops back in the skillet after making the gravy, turn the heat down to low, put the lid on and let cook for about 45 minutes!.

I made mashed potatoes to go with them, along with whole kernel corn and salad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you like Italian food: Get a jar of pre made pasta sauce at the store, I like Bertolli the best!. Use 1/2 to 3/4" pork chops!.

Just partially fry each pork chop on each side!. Season with garlic power, garlic salt and pepper!. Put a 1/4" slice of onion on top of each chop!. Gently spoon the whole jar of sauce over the chops keeping the onion on top, but pour the sauce over the onion too!.

Lift each chop so a little sauce goes under!. Cover, saute on a low heat for about 30 minutes or till done!.

Remove chops and onions!. Put a little sauce over each!. Cook some pasta and use the rest of the sauce with the pasta!.
