Answers:
400F for an hour with the garlic in reynolds wrap with 2 tablespoons of olive oil!. Check it in half an hour to see if the 'meat' of the cloves is soft - if it is, it is done!. If not, check again in 10 minutes until done!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put 3 or 4 heads of garlic in a tin foil wrap with a drizzle of olive oil!.

375 or 400 for 1 hour and it will be soft and roasted!.

Is there a reason you don't want to cut the tops off!? I mean, you don't have to, but it aids in getting the garlic out of the casing post-roast!. If you really don't want to, you don't have to!. Doesn't make much difference!.

It will be extremely difficult to remove the soft (and hot!) roated garlic if you haven't cut into the cloves first!. Just cut a bulb in half cross-wise, put a little EVOO and salt on both sides, wrap up in foil, and raost!. 350oF for 45 min!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
