Can you put soda pop in jello?!
I found a recipe for it and I think it will work, but I'm just curious if that will, like, mess up the majestic chemistry of jello!. If you know the answer or have a recipe, I will appreciate your kindness!

Jello actually came out with jello that you use club soda or tonic water in!. They used it in place of the cold water, and you have to be careful when you are mixing it so the bubbles/carbonation doesn't totally disappear!. I am not making this up!.!.!.I actually bought it and tried it!. The first batch was not so successful!. The second one proved a bit better!. Make sure that the soda is COLD - like refrigerator temp!. and all of the ingredients are mixed and dissolved completely before you add the soda!. Once you add the soda, only mix it, then cover it with wax paper, just like you do pudding so it does not get a thick crust!. Let it set, and the jello is a little "bubbly"!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Yes it will work!.
If you are using the soda for both the hot and cold liquid you may loose some of the fizz when you boil the soda!. But the cold will retain some of the fizz and you will get a little tingle when you eat the jello!.
Never had a real recipe for it just used the soda for the liquid called for on the package!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes!. You can substitute it for some (or all) of the cold water!. My family has made Cherry Coke jello for decades (since before I was born), with cherry jello & coke; and then put in a can of drained dark cherries when the jello is slightly thickened!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I have used sprite and 7-up in lemon jello with exciting results!. The carbonation makes the jello sparkling!. It is so pretty and fun to eat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Just use the directions on the box, substitute soda of choice, my kids liked 7-UP & coke mixed with sweet cherry juice!. That was in the day b/4 cherry coke!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
