I'm 18 and I don't cook well!. What are some easy quick recipes for breakfast and dinner!? thanks in advance!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have oatmeal every morning!. If I have time I have toast with it!. I buy a box of 12 packages of oatmeal!. Add 1/2 cup of hot water or hot milk to one package!. Let it sit for a minute or two!. I like to add sugar to mine!.

I cook fast meals all the time!. Go to your supermarket, go to the refrigerated (not freezer) department!.!.!.there you will find pre-cooked meats of all types such as pot-roasts, meatloaf, pork chops, chicken, baked ham and etc!. Follow the directions on the packages for microwave heating!.

Ask a clerk to help you find these pre-cooked meats!.

For side dishes!.!.!.canned veggies, canned potatoes, canned sweet potatoes, canned beans, canned beets, and etc!.

The supermarket's bakery has lots of pies and cakes!. But you can also buy frozen pies and cakes!. Follow the directions on the packages!.

We keep a week's worth of "top brand" frozen dinners in our freezer!. You will find these in the freezer department at the supermarket!. You can add veggies, salads, potatoes and etc!. to these to make a good healthy meal!. Canned veggies, sweet potatoes, and beans are good too!.

The bagged salad greens are very good!. Buy the pre-washed greens!. Check out the date, it is only good for a few days!. Don't forget to buy salad dressings!.

The supermarket's deli has great all ready cooked foods and side dishes!. Their rotisserie/roasted chickens are very good!. Check them out!. Much cooler than cooking and give you a break from fast food places!.

Dinner!.
Casserole:- Vegetable
1C!.Corn!.
1C!. Carrot!. (diced)
1C!.Green Peas!.
1C!. Green Beans!.
4oz!.Water Chestnuts!. (optional!. canned)
1C!. Onion!. (chopped)
?C!. Butter!.
1C!. Celery!. (diced)
1 Can!. Cream of Mushroom Soup!.
?!. Mayonnaise!.
1C!. Cracker Crumbs!.
1T!. Butter!.
Sauté onion and celery in ? cup butter!.
Add vegetables to cream of mushroom soup and ? cup mayonnaise!.
Spread in baking dish and cover with cracker crumbs!.
Dot with butter!. Bake at 300 F until bubbly and golden brown on top!.

Breakfast
Eggs:-Mushroom Omelette!.
Ingredients (serves 1)
40g Butter!.
1T!. Olive oil
200g Button mushrooms, sliced
2 x 60g Eggs, at room temperature
1T!. Parsley, fresh, finely chopped
Melt half the butter and all the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat until sizzling!. Add mushrooms and cook, tossing, for 5 minutes or until golden!.
Remove to a plate, keep warm!.
Whisk eggs until well combined!.
Melt remaining butter in a small omelette pan until sizzling!. Reduce heat to low and pour in eggs!.
As outside of egg starts to cook, gently move the mixture from the outside of the pan toward the centre, allowing uncooked egg to slip to outer edge of the pan!.
Continue moving the cooked egg to the centre until egg is golden and cooked!.
Spoon mushrooms and parsley over half the omelette!.
Fold egg over filling!.
Slide egg onto warm plate!.
Season with salt and pepper and serve with toast!.
