Food stamps question............?!

Question: Food stamps question!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
Could you take a store to court for not refunding your money on your card when they were supposed to!? Well here is the story:

2 weeks ago I went to my local target store and they had a promotion for buy five twenty-four ounce six packs and get a free five dollar target gift card well I did that and went home to make sure the money was on the gift card and well it wasn't, so I called up to target they said to come back up there and they would fix the problem so I did!. When I got up there they scanned the card and come to find out it said never sold so seeing I did not have the items I purchased they used my recipt and redid the transaction meaning they had to take the money off of my ebt (food stamps) card again, the lady told me if I did not have suffienct funds it would freeze my card till the next day but if I did have suffiencent funds I had nothing to worry about the money would be on my card the next day!. Well the next day I checked my ebt card and they money wasnt on there!. I called up to the store and they just kept giving me the run around so I called ebt and they said they couldnt do anything about it!. So now its been two weeks nad still nothing what are my options!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

Target sucks!. I worked there!. I wouldn't step foot in another again!.

If you purchased using a food stamp card, contact your assistance office and see what they say!. Taking Target to court will cost you more money than the money in question!. Just don't shop there again!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you need to call food stamp vendor to see how long it takes it could be longer than a regular debit card to get on there,,,, and no you cant take them to courtWww@FoodAQ@Com
