More bacon for Thanksgiving?!
I am so extremely excited thinking about eating thanksgiving dinner!. I think this year I want to get more bacon into the meal, cause, well, its just so darn tasty!. I need the best idea to get bacon back into my holiday meal!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well let's see I would start with adding bacon to your mashed potatoes, put it in the stuffing, put some in your green bean casserole!. Baste your turkey with bacon grease!. Make cheesy bacon bread!. Use your regular bread recipe then add cheese powder and real bacon bits!. I make these stuffed mushrooms with cheese and bacon topped with olive oil and coarse garlic!. Oh and don't forget the real bacon bits on your tossed salad!.

for your turkey baste with maple syrup, then drape bacon over top cover with foil and cook, 30 min before done take foil off so bacon can crisp!.

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
2 cans (5 ounces each) water chestnuts, drained
8 slices bacon, cut in half
Preparation:
In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoned salt!. Add water chestnuts and let marinate for 15 minutes!. Drain and wrap a half slice of bacon around each water chestnut, securing with toothpicks!. Arrange on rack in broiler pan and broil about 4 inches from heat for 2 minutes on each side!. Boil and mash the potatoes with the cream cheese and butter and milk or heavy cream!. Add in lots of green onions, chopped garlic, and the cheese, and the bacon!.
Top with sour cream, more bacon, cheese, green onion!.
