i would recommend you do a par bake!. that means cooking it for a few minutes and then storing it for later!. the problem with putting sauce on raw dough is that it can soak through the dough, you basically want to cool it long enough that the crust starts to solidify!. depending on how many you make , you might see some variations on how they are cooked to i!.e!. the top or bottom of the pizzas may cook faster!. it depends on the type of oven!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
As long as you refrigerate the pizza between the prep time and the cooking time they should be find!.
Keep in mind, however, that if you are preparing deep dish or thick crust pizzas, you will need to give them about 30 minutes at room temperature before baking to allow the yeast in the dough to reactivate and rise properly!.

ok i worked in a pizza restaurant- we had a rotating oven and would prep pizzas with sauce and veggies but wait to put the cheese on until right before the guests get there- 15 min tops or the cheese can start to meld with the sauce then it doesn't have that great melty look!. if you have already applied your cheese- just add a bit more right before you place them in the oven, really this rule can apply to all the ingredients but if the ingredients sit for hours on the sauce they will not hold their original taste(-i said hours meaning 1-4 hours but - 15-30 mins should be ok)Www@FoodAQ@Com
I would wait to put any especially "wet" ingredients - like peppers or tomatoes - on until right before you put in the oven!. As long as they are not sitting out too long, you should be ok with the rest of the ingredients!. just cover each pizza in plastic wrap!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
I'd think so - in fact there is a pizza business near me where they make pizzas using fresh ingredients, that you then take home and bake!. This 'take-and-bake' pizza has always been tasty for me, even if I've left the uncooked pizza overnight in the fridge!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
You sure can!. As long as it's not too far before hand (that day if possible)!. also, if you normally pre-cook your crust before adding your toppings, you can still do that, top it and refrigerate it!. Have fun, sounds tasty!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
sure, I would make them all up, put in the fridge, take out of fridge 30 minutes before baking, and bake away - just make sure your oven stays very hot so the pizzas cook properlyWww@FoodAQ@Com
