I need a recipe for lemon poppyseed muffins using lemon pudding?!
The only ones I can find use a cake mix, and I don't have one!. I have lemon juice, and lemon pudding, so if you can send a recipe over, I would really appreciate it!. Thanks in advance and God bless!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

* 2 cups biscuit mix or baking mix
* 1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
* 1/4 cup poppy seed
* 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel
* 2 eggs
* 1 cup milk
* 1/4 cup vegetable oil
* 3/4 cup powdered sugar
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
1!. Preheat oven 375!. Line muffin pan with paper muffin cups!.
2!. In a large bowl, combine the baking mix, pudding, poppy seeds and lemon peel!.
3!.In another bowl, combine the eggs, milk and oil; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened!.
4!. Fill muffins cups about 2/3 full!. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean!.
5!. Cool in pan for 5 minutes on a wire rack then remove and continuing cooling on wire rack!.
6!. In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar and lemon juice, drizzle over muffins!.
Hopefully this works, bisquick is more common than cake mix if you don't have any, just use
2 cup flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon shortening as a replacement, just mix the ingrediants together first
