Question: I need a few suggestions for a quickie!?
breakfast!. Something I can cook over the weekend , freeze into servings, and microwave at work!. What would work well!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

My dad cooks up breakfast burritos and freezes them!.
cubed cooked potatoes
browned sausage
scrambled egg
salsa
cheese (pepper jack is GOOD)
mix them all togeather and roll up in a tortilla, throw them in a Ziploc and ta-da!

Biscuits and gravy would be good too!.!.!.
just cook up a batch of white gravy out of your betty crocker cook book!.!.!.add browned sausage and freeze it!. Cook up a batch of bisquick and have some sitting there to grab on the way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Polenta! With lots of green onions, jalapenos, and edam or cheddar!. Easy and cheap!.
also, strata: allrecipes has tons of recipes for a cheap tasty strata!. bread eggs cheese, and what you want!.
also, have a cast iron pan!?
Slice thinly some potatoes, fry, lmix with onions, red pepper, minced bacon, ( I love to add corn) whip together some eggs with salt and pepper and a little milk, pour over top and stir through , throw in oven till just set in the middle!. mmmmmWww@FoodAQ@Com

I make an egg bake, cut it into squares and put in ziploc bags!.

I take a rectangular cake pan, throw in ham or sausage, cheese, maybe mushrooms or what I have on hand then pour 8-10 eggs over!. Bake till slightly brown on top and cut when cool!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Quiche!. Make several -- breakfast, lunch, and dinner style quiches!. They're fast, easy, freeze well, reheat well!. Heck, it's just what you're looking for!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
