Answers:
It means to bend the aluminum lid upward along the length of the lasagna pan!. This will raise the lid slightly off the surface of the lasagna and allow steam to escape!. It's called "tenting" because it somewhat resembles a small "pup tent" !.!.!.

yes bend it a little so that the middle is higher than the sides, leaving enough room to still bend down edge!. this is so the cheese don't stick to the top!. You also need to bake it on a cookie or bread pan just in case it bubbles over!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes it means to bend the aluminum lid in the middle so the aluminum is higher in the middle than it is on the ends!. Leave it over the lasagna!.

You are correct!. Just take the aluminum lid and fold it almost in half creating an A frame or just pull the corners of the lid up so the steam can escape!. Bake as directed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

cook it then open the aluminum lid and RUN!!.!.!. im !.!.super cerialWww@FoodAQ@Com
