baking cocoa is powdered cocoa!. Strong and dark with no sugar or milk additives!. You could try melting some very dark chocolate ( 72% cocoa content plus) and adding to the recipe!. But the powder is easy to use in cake cooking!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
