Yes, you can -- here's a recipe
Baked Pork Spring Rolls

"An exciting blend of pork, vegetables and spices is sealed inside wrappers, then baked until crisp!. Delicious and crunchy without deep frying!"

1 cup finely shredded cabbage
1/4 cup finely shredded carrot
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger root
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon chile sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
12 (7 inch square) spring roll wrappers
4 teaspoons vegetable oil

1!. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C)!.
2!. Place pork in a medium saucepan!. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown!. Remove from heat and drain!.
3!. In a medium bowl, mix together pork, cabbage, carrot, green onions, cilantro, sesame oil, oyster sauce, ginger, garlic and chile sauce!.
4!. Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl!.
5!. Place approximately 1 tablespoon of the pork mixture in the center of spring roll wrappers!. Roll wrappers around the mixture, folding edges inward to close!. Moisten fingers in the cornstarch and water mixture, and brush wrapper seams to seal!.
6!. Arrange spring rolls in a single layer on a medium baking sheet!. Brush with vegetable oil!. Bake in the preheated oven 20 minutes, until hot and lightly browned!. For crispier spring rolls, turn after 10 minutes,

Hi ladybug 1, I don't care what anyone says (I have been proved wrong before), as far as spring rolls are concerned deep fried is the way to go, You don't need a deep fryer, a medium size saucepan, and one cup of vegetable oil, heat the oil, you will know if the oil is hot if you drop a pinch of bread and it quickly sizzles!. When your spring rolls are a good golden colour, they are ready, remove from oil and place on a couple of slices of bread to drain instead of paper towel!. Two things to remember do not throw to many in at once or you will have boil over, and you will be calling 9-1-1, and the other reason don't over crowd the saucepan!.

Ladybug, depends on the spring roll, of recent I have fallen in love with the raw vegetable, and the raw vegetable and shrimp vietnamese spring roll, served with soy and or sweet chili sauce!.

Enjoy

I'm sure there is a way to do it!. The filling goes into the wrapper cooked, so you could just crispen the wrapper in a hot oven!. It might be a little dry though!. I would brush them with oil or an egg wash, but definitely look into that!. Maybe "Eat, Shrink and be Merry" or some online recipe databases will have some suggestions!. Good luck!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
