Answers:
Spinach is great - you can use fresh spinach leafs and make a salad!. Add some sunflower seeds, light dressing, cheese, etc!.

For the beef, you can have chili!. Mix cooked ground lean beef with a can of kidney beans and a couple cans of pinto beans, add some chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, some chili peppers!. Spicy helps decrease your appetite, so even though it's not the most healthy, you wouldn't be eating a lot of it!.

My iron was a bit low too this last visit!. I've been eating trail mix made of walnuts, raisins, etc!.!.!.all high in iron!. Chili is a good dish to incorporate both the beef and the kidney beans!. Tuna or chicken salad over a bed of spinach!. Cabbage rolls or cabbage casserole!. You can always supplement as well with a iron capsule or drops (yuck!) until you get the foods incorporated!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When you make baked beans add some black strap molasses to it!. It has a lot of iron as well as alot of other minerals that are super good for you!. But it has to be black strap molasses not just regular molasses!. You buy it at health food stores!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
