yes it does!. it contains MSG!. some ingredient that will cause cancer when is taken in excess!. however, there is brand called "KOKA" which does not contain any MSG!. but it is still unhealthy as it contains some weird ingredient!. some kind of preservatives!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
