Include in your rice pineapple, nuts, and raisins, along with BBQ pork (asian style)!. This Malaysian fusion restaurant we go to has the best pineapple rice in the world! MMM!. It also has prawns and chicken, but that's meant as a meal in itself!.
also, singapore style noodles (thin egg or rice) are nice blanched, then fried with a few thin slice veggies, your fave!.'s, and a sprinkle of curry powder, before you toss them, and fry to heat!.
Use egg roll wrappers, and wrap pineapple and chicken or pork or shrimp, and a little fruit cocktail!.!.it is also traditional there, and a wonderful delicious change, the savoury with the fruit cocktail!.!.!.just make sure to drain it well, first, and yes, I really mean fruit cocktail! These will be fried in oil like regular egg rolls!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
