Can I substitute garlic powder for a clove of garlic!? If so, how much powder is an approx equivalent to a clove!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 tsp=1 small clove!. However, I would reccomend using real garlic, the taste is much better!. also, some garlic powder is cut with salt or other things and may have much higher sodium content than you expect!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
