Do you honestly think there is much difference
who says it MUST be this way
Eggs Boil
cut in half
remove yoke
NOW fix another stuffing for the egg
any thing you please
mayo the yoke mustard pepper
and paprika (the reddish stuff)
Dull so Old
What and or who would stop you from an Applesauce and chocolate chip filling
Or a vanilla pudding with ginger snap crumbs or
go back to the mayo and tuna with dill relish or Or
Or a cheesecake filling
Any excess or left over stuffing is piped onto the cocktail crackers even finger sandwiches or in a bowl for a dip with chips

You're talking about the "yolk" being the reddish stuff!.
I use mayo, salt & pepper,a little bit of yellow mustard,
and a little paprika dusted across the top!.

I take some mayo and prepared mustard a wee bit of sugar, salt and pepper!. I top it off with a little caper so it looks cool!. That red stuff is paprika!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
boil eggs for good 7 minutes for hard boiled - cut in half and the yolk could be mixed with ranch dressing and becomes the filler top it lightly with red pepperWww@FoodAQ@Com
