Is there such a thing as an egg sauce you could use in lasagne instead of cheese?!
DH is lactose intolerant, so we need to avoid cheese, but I was trying to think how I could still make lasagne!. We've got lots of eggs, and I was thinking maybe there could be some way to make an egg sauce to substitute for the cheese!. I was thinking of doing a white sauce (based on cashew milk) and then adding eggs so it's almost like a savoury custard - would that work!? Or would it bake and go too hard once the layers are all in!? Any other ideas!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
