The one thing that I love about crock pots is that you can put it in all at once!. Yep!. Add your rice 1 or 2 cups and the same amount of water then put your chicken in and spices cover and let simmer!. Now also remember that if you like your rice firm you may want to put a little less water by 1/2 cup because the juices from the chicken also cooks in with the rice and it may cause it to be soupy!. Yummy!. Good LuckWww@FoodAQ@Com

well here how my family cooks it!. So we buy those whole frozen chickens made by tyson and we let it thaw in warm water!. once its thawed we get a knife and cut about a 5 inch slit inside the stomach!. THen we stuff it with Uncooked riced (sweet rice) about a cup full and a few dry dates!. Then you take out your needle and string a sew it up!. Then just place it in the crockpot with warm water filled above the level of the chiken and add some vegetables!. Preferably onions and squash!. Maybe cellery too!. This way makes the broth taste best!. And you cook it until the soup take on a slightly oily but tasteable mixture!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
