Hi Dinner Belle!. I got fed up of doing lasagna the same old way, I decided to do a slight twist I used 2 parts Italian pork sausage to one part hot Italian Pork sausage!. I browned the sausage well with onion and garlic!. I removed the sausage from the skins obviously!. once this was cool enough to handle i spread as normal on the layers!. I did not need to add Salt or Pepper, as Italian pork sausage has this already!. I had enough for 2 four layer trays hoped there would be leftovers for me, no chance, if I had a third tray I am sure my guests would have asked for thirds and in two cases Fourths!. Mind you these were generous, portions only 8 adults!. I sat back and thought about it, and I know I can improve on that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
