Take one and a half tea-spoon of extra virgin olive oil, glaze your fillet with it, sprinkle it with a bit of salt and pepper, then put it to grill!. When serving, cut a slice of lemon and squeeze it fresh on top of the fish!. It'll taste perfect!.
Chicken breast are my all time favourite!. I eat them all the time even when I'm not on diet!. You can slice the meat and do the same like you do for the fish!. Or you can try this!.
1) Marinate the chicken breast with one teaspoon of oyster sauce/ Soya sauce
2) Add a dash of grinded pepper into the marination
3) Put it to grill
4) Squeeze fresh lime juice above it
Grilling is the best option to frying!. It takes out the oil in the meat and ensure the moisture unlike baking or toasting!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
