My true inspiration is the people who will enjoy my food!. Beside loving food and loving to cook I consider it a gift and an honor to see the look of pure joy when they have tasted something that came from my heart with love!. Cooking feeds the soul, both the cook and the people who are eating!. Don't get me wrong people can like what you cook but to get that look of pure joy is something that you have to work hard for, it is also rare!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
What inspires my passion: I would have to say the satisfaction that I get when my eaters enjoy their food!. For me, it's like creating a piece of art that people can interacted with intimately!.
My mom taught me how to cook when I was very young!. I could prepare a meal for my family when I was ten years old!. I learned what spices to use on what, and how long to cook something and on what temperature without a recipe!. I prided myself in being able to cook without recipes, but I got bored fast, once I had my own family (and my own kitchen)!. I began to experiment more, and I found that tweaking recipes to "make them my own" was very fun!.
My secret: I get on to an online recipe site (like allrecipes!.com or recipezaar!.com) search for the dish I want, sort them by highest rating (most times a recipe with 600 ratings giving it 4 1/2 stars is a better recipe than 5 people giving it 5 stars)!. Then I look at the reviews, sort them by "most helpful" and use that person's suggestions to change the recipe!. Then I make my own changes if necessary!. Then, viola, I have an almost perfect recipe than I can add to my little recipe box and keep forever!.
My current project is a cooking blog!. I started it last November, and the purpose was to collect awesome recipes (some of my own) with photos (I am also a photographer) and then make cookbooks for my friends and family when they get married!.
The thing I am most excited about is my kids getting over being picky so I have no complainers at the table!. It would make the whole experience from recipe to table, much more enjoyable!.

For me, it's a release!. i love to be creative, and if i don't create, i don't feel good spiritually!. It's like a deep desire!. I like to put my own twists on traditional recipes, and I especially love to create my own!. It puts a smile in my heart when I put alot of thought and care into preparing a dish and someone grins and enjoys the meal I prepared!. I like to touch, smell, and taste food!. That is why i love to cook and bake!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Probably more like seeing or having a dish and thinking how nice it would be to be able to make it!.!.!.

I dunno, it's just in my blood!.!.!. I can't remember when I wasn't passionate about food!. My parents were always cooking, they had a Diner/Grill when I was a child and my Mom was always in that profession!. Now, it's my profession!.
To answer your question more directly, I often eat out at a really good restaurant with good food, so I "know" what a dish is suppose to taste like!. I then go home and master the same recipe and usually add my very own touches, to the dish!. I am acquainted with some chefs in the Food Service Industry or Culinary Arts profession and I have learned some good tips from some of them!. Am a Culinary Arts School graduate too!.

I don't know!. I've always just wanted to help my mum make things like dinner, desserts etc!. I also like presenting things so when I make dinner I usually like to present it in a special way on the plate!. I guess it's family though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
