Answers:
choc caramel cookies :)
150g butter
150g sugar
1 egg
200g flour
pinch of salt
milk
75g chocolate chips
75g caramel fudge choped into small cubes (1/2 cm)
50g nuts (eg peanuts/almonds/walnuts)
cream your butter and sugar in a blender untill light and fluffy, then SLOWLY add the egg!. if you add it too fast the mix will split!. add your sifted flour and salt!.
if the mix is too dry, add a bit of milk!. if its too wet add a bit more flour!. it should be a dropping consistancy!. mix in your chocolate chips, fudge and nuts!.
place on a baking tray!. DONT GREASE THE BAKING TRAY! because of the high butter content the cookies wont stick to the tray =) any excess butter would just fry them instead of baking them!.
bake them in an oven at 200*c (392*f) untill golden brown(15-20 mins)!.
cool on a cooling rack and enjoy!
