Low-fat cupcake recipe?!
I'm trying to help my boyfriend lose weight and I am looking for a low-fat recipe for cupcakes I can make that he can enjoy!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Angelic Cupcakes
Makes 36 servings
1 box (16 ounces) angel food cake mix
1-1/4 cups cold water
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract (optional)
Red food coloring
4-1/2 cups light whipped topping
Green food coloring (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F!. Line 36 standard (2-1/2-inch) muffin cups with paper liners; set aside!.
Beat cake mix, water and peppermint extract, if desired, in large bowl with electric mixer at low speed 30 seconds!. Increase speed to medium and beat 1 minute!.
Pour half of batter into medium bowl; carefully stir in 9 drops red food coloring!. In each muffin cup, alternate spoonfuls of white and pink batter, filling baking cups 3/4 full!.
Bake 11 minutes or until cupcakes are golden with deep cracks on top!. Remove to wire rack!. Cool completely!.
Divide whipped topping between three small bowls!. Add 2 drops green food coloring to one bowl of whipped topping; stir gently to combine!. Add 2 drops red food coloring to one bowl of whipped topping; stir gently to combine!. Frost cupcakes with red, green and white whipped topping as desired!. Refrigerate leftovers!.

Take 1 cake mix (any flavor)
Take 1 can diet pop (a flavor to match the cake flavor or compliment it) the kind with splenda in it usually tastes better because it doesn't break down in heat
Mix the 2 ingredients together and bake according to the package directions!.
You can make them into cupcakes or a cake!.
Top with some fat free cool whip and you've got an AWESOME dessert! :)

It isn't the amount of fats in the recipe but the grams of carb he needs to be cutting down on!. Fats do not make a person fat and eating some of the better ones and cutting out all the unnecessary carbohydrates and cutting down on serving sizes will help him to loose weight!.
He does need to plan in a real treat dessert once a week, but not one of those low fat, low sugar pieces of tasteless cardboard make believe it's a dessert things!.

This recipes sounds strange but it is so good-it's a Weight Watchers recipe!. You mix together one box of Devil's Food Cake Mix and one 15 oz!.can of 100% pumpkin!. That's all!. The batter will be really thick but don't add anything else to it!. Put it in a 12 cup muffin pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes!. The cupcakes are so moist and have no pumpkin flavor!. Do what they do in the Mediterranean in place of butter they use Olive Oil!.!.!. And for the sugar part use Splenda never notice the different !.!.!.

For low fat muffins use oat flour, ground allspice, ground cardamon, ground clove, frozen wild blueberries ( they are already sweetened so there is no need to add more sugar ) skim milk and safflower oil!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
